I just wanted to say that Rob Evans from Hugo’s did an amazing job last night on Chopped. he was cool, calm and collected throughout the cooking competition and I was afraid that the judges were leaning towards Justin who was very creative but scattered. He chose to try and do too much with too little time as opposed to Rob who had a plan and stuck to it. I only wish I lived closer to get a chance at tasting some real food from Rob from his establishment.
