Golden over on his Golden Dish blog complains that City regs are why there’s so few vendors there and that they are limited in what they can sell.
Having talked to the farmers who don’t take place in the winter market, I can say that many just have other things that they’d rather do such as selling wreaths and trees at their own places this time of year, doing needed offseason farm work, and, as one farmer noted to me, he’s got almost nothing save wilted carrots and such left by this time of year.
