A new sushi food cart called Great Wave Sushi (website, instagram) has launched. You can find them today on the Eastern Prom, noon – 3pm.
Great Wave is the creation of Portland native Alex Herzog who originally trained and worked in California before moving east and joining the team at Yosaku.
