Port Clyde Fresh Catch is offering a Maine Shrimp CSF, $117 for 9 weekly deliveries starting January 8. Rabelais at 86 Middle Street will be the pick-up point for the CSF.
CSF stands for Community Supported Fishery, it’s the seafood analog to the CSA programs run by farmers or CSK programs that are run by restaurants like Local Sprouts.
