Editor Chris Busby has announced that the September issue of The Bollard will include a second article about Harding Lee Smith, chef/owner of “The Rooms” series of restaurants.

Here we go again!
I just read the article — lets just say that it even harsher on him than the first one was.
Oddly enough, I just talked to a friend who had recently patronized The Front Room with his partner and had a truly horrible meal including some fish that was just rather old.
He sent a long email to both Smith and to the Executice Chef of The Front Room. Needless to say he didn’t get a reply.
