Brown Paper

The windows of 83 Exchange Street are covered in brown paper, and it looks like a new restaurant is already being planned for the former O’Naturals space. Given the prime location in the heart of the Old Port, it’s no surprise that it hasn’t remained vacant for long.

  1. SORRY TO SEE O’NATURAL GO TO THE DOGS, BUT ITS THEIR OWN FAULT, AND BOTH PLACES ARE VERY MISMANAGED. WITH TODAYS COMPETITION, A OWNER NEEDS TO BE ON PREMISE, AND IF NOT, PROFIT GOES OUT THE WINDOWS AND DOORS.
SORRY, BUT THIS IS THE WAY IT WORKS. I FREQUENT THE FALMOUTH STORE, AND HATE GOING IN THERE….THEY GIVE ME THE IMPRESSION THAT I AM DOING THEM A FAVOR BY BUYING THERE. NO EMPLOYEE SEEMS HAPPY WORKING THERE, SO THIS MUST TELL YOU SOMETHING. THEY MIGHT KNOW HOW TO MAKE FLATBREAD, BUT NO IDEA HOW TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS……..

  2. To Irwin—
Thanks for the feedback. I hope you will visit the Falmouth O’Nats again soon to see some of the improvements that are being made…service being the most important one. Although I am not an owner, I do welcome feedback/questions/concerns at any time.
    Thanks!
