Foley’s Bakery Opening Monday

Foley’s Bakery is scheduled to open Monday morning. Ed and Molly Foley who founded Foley’s and operated it for 5 years (1997-2002) are reopening the bakery in Monument Square.

They are indeed open, and the cheesecake brownies are as awesome as they were before. Open six days a week, 7 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and 9 to 3 on Saturday. Good crowd when I was there late morning!
