More Openings: Cong Tu Bot, Chaval, Little Giant

Here’s details on a few more restaurant opening:

Chaval opened last night in the West End.
Cong Tu Bot opened last night on Washington Ave.
Little Giant has announced plans to open Thursday, July 20th.

It’s not Esaan-level but I think it will be a nice addition for Westbrook. They have a few menu items I haven’t seen elsewhere, and plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. Their dining area is very spare at the moment.
