aw, sad. of the 3 norm’s, i like that one the best.
Yes, very sad! The best Black Beans & Rice and grilled Portabellos! The 2nd floor bar area used to be our graphic design studio space for a group of Portland designers. Very nostalgic!

What’s really sad about this? The new bullet holes in the window of Norm’s, or the word on the street that Tom Manning will be the new tenant?
