The Golden Dish has reviewed Zapoteca.
The food is very good at Zapoteca but still misses that oomph of inimitable Mexican sabor. Maybe it’s geography at play or the need to have an able sous chef in the kitchen cooking while Bard globe trots to learn new techniques.
I agree — Zapoteca has taken a steady nose dive over the last few years, in my opinion. Mainly, there is little consistency in their food! Entrees feel reheated & rushed out of the kitchen — things come luke warm or simply undercooked. It’s just not the level of care you’d expect at those high prices.
