saltexchange_map After a First Friday dry-run last week, The Salt Exchange opened for business today. The small plate restaurant serves lunch and dinner and is open 6 days a week.

Our phone number is 207.347.5687 for reservations! The bar is open from 11:00-2:30 and 5:00 until 11:00 M-Th (until midnight Fri. and Sat.) and Foodservice from 11:00-2:30 and 5:00-9:00 M-Th (until 10:00 Fri. and Sat.)!
