Saw the El Bulli film yesterday. If you have an intellectual interest in the topic, I highly recommend. The man and the place are about art and science. Strange to see food ingredients filtered through this lens, for sure. But also fascinating.
Alright, you need to make a post on 425 Fore street. Somebody has to know what it is or at least we could have a guessing game for it.
